Accounts and payments

Email addresses and hashed session identifiers are stored for account access. Codes expire in 20 minutes; session cookies expire after 30 days. PayPal processes payments; card numbers are not stored by this service.

Photos and reports

Choosing a photo previews it locally. After photo-processing permission and payment are confirmed, the chosen photo is uploaded, checked and processed automatically. While payment is pending, a local browser copy is kept for up to one hour to restore the assessment after a refresh. Photos and results are stored in Tencent Cloud COS; viewing requires account access and short-lived signed image links. AI processing is provided through AiHubMix. Processing and hosting may occur in different countries. Uploaded photos and reports are retained for 30 days; download reports to keep a personal copy. Payment records are retained for reconciliation and support.

For new orders, short campaign labels from the earliest eligible visit in the previous seven days may be linked to the order to understand which sources lead to purchases. Photos, email addresses and report content are not sent in page analytics.
