Service terms

One assessment per purchase

Each payment purchases one Makeup & Hair or Personal Styling assessment. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout. There is no subscription. Keep the order identifier when requesting support.

Processing and delivery

After payment, upload a photo with permission. Photos are checked for suitability and visible content that may prevent generation. This check cannot guarantee acceptance by the image provider. Progress and completed reports appear in the purchasing account. If processing fails, successful stages are preserved; available recovery actions appear in the account.

Failed delivery and refunds

For unresolved failures, duplicate charges or refund requests, contact support@kimiaicode.com with the order identifier. Refunds are reviewed and processed through PayPal; a failed generation does not automatically issue a refund. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Results

AI-generated styling is an illustrative, subjective recommendation, not a guarantee of real-world appearance or garment fit. Public examples use fictional models. Photos and reports are retained for 30 days.
